Hi, I am Natalie, a yoga teacher, lover of movement & Nature.
I share slow and creative flows that focus on embodying each movement through mindful awareness.
I wish to share the magic of this beautiful practice with you through fun, embodied movement in the process of unraveling & getting to know ourselves better.

'Natalies yoga classes are just amazing, I always trust that the days when I feel really sluggish & unmotivated natalies classes are like magic and I always feel so much better afterwards whether it be more energised, stretched, quieter ,lighter , peaceful & calm in fact all of those things!! I love how natalies classes flow and can be challenging and tough yet you still feel zen and envigorageted. She guides you through the practice and gives you options so you can always just flow with what your body needs on the day. I am so grateful that I have found Natalie and whether it be in the studio or online I love and look forward to any of the classes that I sign on too.'

Natalie is a fabulous yoga teacher and puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Her Vinyasa sequences are beautifully planned and always pitched at the right level for the class. She knows how to hold a space and make people feel welcome and safe. I always leave her classes and retreats feeling deeply grounded, refreshed and present. Highly recommended.
